Classification and Technical Surveillance of Offshore Fixed Platforms
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AUTHORITY AND THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT;
The Minister of Transport issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on Classification and Technical Surveillance of Offshore Mobile Platforms and National Technical Regulations on Classification and Technical Surveillance of Offshore Fixed Platforms.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE 02 NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS:
