Article 1. Amend some contents of Decision No. 15/2012/QĐ-TTg dated March 6, 2012 of the Prime Minister on implementing the pilot mechanism of special financial regime for Vietnam News Agency during the period 2012 - 2014 as follows:

1. Clause 1, Article 1 is amended as follows: Extend the trial period of the special financial regime for Vietnam News Agency from 2015 to a maximum of 2017.

2. Point a, Clause 3, Article 2 is amended as follows:

Vietnam News Agency shall calculate and determine the annual wage fund and maximum additional income allowed to be spent according to a ratio of 34% of the budget estimate of regular operating funds of Vietnam News Agency (including the budget estimate of regular operating funds guaranteed by the state budget annually and the budget estimate of revenue from public services of Vietnam News Agency).

Article 2.

1. This Decision takes effect from December 25, 2015 and applies to the fiscal years from 2015 to a maximum of 2017. During the trial period, if the Government or the Prime Minister issues regulations on the autonomy mechanism of public service units in the field of information and communication that come into force, they shall be implemented according to the new regulations.

2. Vietnam News Agency, Ministry of Finance and relevant ministries and agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
