CIRCULAR
ISSUING TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC STANDARDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATIVE DATABASES
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 6, 2015 of the Government on surveying and mapping activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Surveying, Mapping and Geographic Information Department, and the Heads of the Planning and Finance Department and the Legal Affairs Department,

Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the Technical and Economic Standards for the Construction of Local Administrative Databases attached hereto..
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 1, 2018.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, central-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
Any difficulties or issues encountered during implementation should be reported to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for review and appropriate amendments.
