PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE NATIONAL STANDARDS MEASUREMENT QUALITY COMMITTEE,
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON MARKETABLE NATURAL GAS.
Article 1.ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON MARKETABLE NATURAL GAS (QCVN 140:2025/BKHCN).
Article 2. Effective Date
THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM MARCH 1, 2026.
Article 3.IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE
As of January 1, 2027, all types of marketable natural gas produced, traded, processed, blended, imported, and distributed as specified in QCVN 140:2025/BKHCN must comply with the provisions of QCVN 140:2025/BKHCN before being circulated in the market.
Article 4.ORGANIZATION FOR IMPLEMENTATION
The Director of the Office, the Chairman of the National Standards Measurement Quality Committee, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Directors of Provincial Departments of Science and Technology, and relevant organizations and individuals have the responsibility to implement this Circular./.
