Decree No. 55/SL On the Appointment of Officials to Hold State Tax Positions

DECREE-LAW

OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

NO. 55/SL DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1951

THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers in June 1951 establishing the Ministry of Finance;

Upon the proposal of the Minister of Finance, after being approved by the Council of Ministers;

ISSUES THIS DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

The following appointments are hereby made:

- Mr. Vu Ngoc Khuê is appointed Director of the Agricultural Tax Department,

- Mr. Nguyen Ca is appointed Deputy Director of the Agricultural Tax Department, effective from July 1, 1951.

Article 2

The Minister of Finance shall implement this decree-law.
