Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Activities dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2009/ND-CP dated March 5, 2009 of the Government detailing and providing implementation measures for the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2010/ND-CP dated April 12, 2010 of the Government on inspection and handling of legal normative documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 16/2013/ND-CP dated February 6, 2013 of the Government on reviewing and systematizing legal normative documents;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Legal Department, the Director of the Animal Health Service, and the Heads of relevant agencies, units, and organizations shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
