THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1910/QD-BNV dated November 25, 2011 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the establishment of the Competition and Reward Council of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
Considering the proposal of the Standing Body of the Competition and Reward Council of the Ministry of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Operational Regulations of the Competition and Reward Council of the Ministry of Home Affairs attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 1023/QD-BNV dated July 20, 2006 of the Minister of Home Affairs on the issuance of the Operational Regulations of the Competition and Reward Council of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department, members of the Competition and Reward Council of the Ministry, heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
