DECREE OF THE GOVERNMENT
Regarding the dissolution of the Tan Trao, Song Lo, and Month 10 townships of farm complexes and the establishment of communes under the districts of Na Hang, Ham Yen, Yen Son, and Son Duong, Tuyen Quang Province

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).The People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province and the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Now dissolve the townships of farm complexes and establish communes under the districts of Na Hang, Ham Yen, Yen Son, and Son Duong, Tuyen Quang Province as follows:
1. Dissolve the Tan Trao township of the farm complex under Son Duong district. The residents currently residing within the administrative boundaries of Minh Thanh, Tu Thinh, Phuc Ung, Binh Yen, Thuan Am, Tan Trao, and Son Duong township shall be transferred to the management of these communes and township.
2. Dissolve the Song Lo township of the farm complex under Yen Son district. The residents currently residing within the administrative boundaries of An Tuong, Nhữ Khê, Doi Binh, An Khang, Thang Quan, Thai Long, Luong Vuong, Hoang Khai, Doi Can, and Tan Binh township shall be transferred to the management of these communes and township.
3. Dissolve the Month 10 township of the farm complex under Yen Son district. The residents currently residing within the administrative boundaries of My Bang, Phu Lam, Nhữ Han, Kim Phu shall be transferred to the management of these communes.
The residential cluster belonging to Team 15 (consisting of 79 households with 304 inhabitants) currently residing within the administrative boundary of Yen Binh commune (Yen Binh district, Yen Bai province) shall now be transferred to the management of My Bang commune, Yen Son district.
The residential cluster belonging to Team 11 (consisting of 5 households with 23 inhabitants) currently residing in Dong Khe commune (Doan Hung district, Phu Tho province) shall now be transferred to the management of Nhữ Han commune, Yen Son district.
4. Divide Duc Xuan commune under Na Hang district into two communes: Xuan Tan and Xuan Tien.
Xuan Tan commune has 7,600 hectares of natural area and 2,353 inhabitants.
Administrative boundary of Xuan Tan commune: East borders Sinh Long commune, West borders Khuon Ha and Thuy Loa communes; South borders Xuan Tien commune; North borders Thuy Loa commune and Bac Quang district (Ha Giang province).
Xuan Tien commune has 5,434 hectares of natural area and 1,903 inhabitants.
Administrative boundary of Xuan Tien commune: East borders Con Lon, Trung Khanh, and Sinh Long communes; West borders Thang Lam and Khuon Ha communes; South borders Thang Lam commune; North borders Xuan Tan commune.
5. Divide Yen Huong commune under Ham Yen district into two communes: Yen Lam and Yen Phu.
Yen Lam commune has 12,800 hectares of natural area and 2,893 inhabitants.
Administrative boundary of Yen Lam commune: East borders Yen Phu and Minh Khuong communes; West borders Lục Yên and Yên Bình districts (Yen Bai province); South borders Yen Phu and Yên Bình district (Yen Bai province); North borders Bạch Xa and Bac Quang district (Ha Giang province).
Yen Phu commune has 8,450 hectares of natural area and 6,263 inhabitants.
Administrative boundary of Yen Phu commune: East borders Minh Dan, Phu Luu, and Tan Thanh communes; West borders Yen Lam and Yên Bình district (Yen Bai province); South borders Yên Bình district (Yen Bai province) and Tan Yen township; North borders Minh Khuong, Minh Dan, and Yen Lam communes.
6. Divide An Khe commune under Yen Son district into two communes: Nhữ Han and Nhữ Khê.
Nhữ Han commune has 2,152 hectares of natural area and 4,400 inhabitants.
Administrative boundary of Nhữ Han commune: East borders Hoang Khai and Doi Can communes; West borders My Bang and Doan Hung district (Phu Tho province); South borders Nhữ Khê and Doan Hung district (Phu Tho province); North borders My Bang, Phu Lam, and Hoang Khai communes.
Nhữ Khê commune has 1,685 hectares of natural area and 4,600 inhabitants.
Administrative boundary of Nhữ Khê commune: East borders Doi Can commune; West borders Nhữ Han and Doan Hung district (Phu Tho province); South borders Doi Binh and Doan Hung district (Phu Tho province); North borders Nhữ Han and Doi Can communes.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance. All previous regulations that conflict with this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tuyen Quang Province, the Minister, Head of the Civil Service Department of the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree.
