Regarding the issuance of the Interim Regulation on the preparationof geological maps

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Based on Decision No. 2588/QD-CNCL dated September 12, 2000, of theMinister of Industry approving the report on drafting the Regulation on thepreparation of geological maps and mineral exploration at a scale of 1/50,000(1/25,000);
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Geologicaland Mineral Resources Department at Document No. 814 CV/ĐCKS-TĐ datedSeptember 13, 2000 regarding the issuance of the Interim Regulation on thepreparation of geological maps and mineral exploration at a scale of 1/50,000(1/25,000);
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of TechnologyManagement and Product Quality.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued along with this Decision The Interim Regulation on the preparation of geological maps andmineral exploration at a scale of 1/50,000 (1/25,000).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signature. Anyprevious regulations contrary to this Regulation are hereby abolished.
