DECREE
Regarding the establishment of My An Commune under Thanh Phu District, Ben Tre Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Tre Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1. Establish My An Commune under Thanh Phu District based on 2,072.09 hectares of natural area and 6,279 population from An Thanh Commune; 1,031.56 hectares of natural area and 3,400 population from My Hung Commune.
My An Commune has 3,103.65 hectares of natural area and 9,679 population;
The administrative boundary of My An Commune: East borders An Dian Commune; West borders Quoi Dian Commune and My Hung Commune; South borders My Hung Commune and An Thanh Commune; North borders Ba Tri District.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish My An Commune, An Thanh Commune will have 718.31 hectares of natural area and 4,066 population; My Hung Commune will have 1,330.16 hectares of natural area and 9,167 population.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
Article 3. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ben Tre Province, the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
