Considering the proposal of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment,
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on the Conclusion and Implementation of International Treaties of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam dated August 20, 1998;
Approves the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Argentine Republic on cooperation in the use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, signed in Hanoi on November 19, 2001.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Argentine Republic on cooperation in the peaceful use of nuclear energy, signed in Hanoi on November 19, 2001.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle diplomatic procedures for the approval and notify relevant agencies in our country of the date the Agreement takes effect.
