DECREE
Approving the number, list of electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit for the provincial People's Council
of Khanh Hoa Province for the 2004-2009 term
for the period 2004-2009 of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 429/2003/NQ-UBTVQH of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly dated December 23, 2003 on fixing the date of elections of members of People's Councils at all levels for the 2004-2009 term;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu province and the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECREE
Article 1. Approves the number of 10 (ten) electoral units, 50 (fifty) members of the Provincial People's Council, and the number of representatives to be elected from each electoral unit for the Provincial People's Council of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu province for the term 2004-2009 (attached list).
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Chairperson of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bà Rịa - Vũng Tàu province, the Minister of Home Affairs, and the Minister, Head of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
