Pursuant to the Law on Complaints and Petitions No. 09/1998/QH10 dated December 2, 1998;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Complaints and Petitions No. 26/2004/QH11 dated June 15, 2004;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Complaints and Petitions No. 58/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 53/2005/ND-CP dated April 19, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Complaints and Petitions and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Complaints and Petitions;

Considering the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance.

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Interim Regulation on the Authority to Handle Complaints and Petitions from Citizens at Units within the Finance Sector.

Article 2. This Regulation replaces Article 6 and Article 7 of the Regulation on Receiving Citizens, Accepting and Resolving Complaints and Petitions from Citizens at Units within the Finance Sector issued together with Decision No. 155/2002/QD-BTC dated December 20, 2002 of the Minister of Finance.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Finance directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
