THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QD-BLDTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Level and the Framework Program for Higher College Vocational Level;
Considering the proposal of the Appraisal Council regarding the issuance of the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Level and the Framework Program for Higher College Vocational Level for the "Vegetable and Fruit Processing" profession;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto is the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Level and the Framework Program for Higher College Vocational Level for the profession: "Vegetable and Fruit Processing".
On the basis of the aforementioned framework programs, the Rectors of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate level and higher college level shall determine, organize the appraisal, and approve the vocational training programs applicable to their institutions.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities that have registered to conduct vocational training at the intermediate level and higher college level for the "Vegetable and Fruit Processing" profession, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
