THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 27/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 8, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Fisheries Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 163/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 7, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Food Safety and Hygiene;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Directorate of Quality Assurance for Agricultural Products, Forestry Products, and Aquatic Products,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "Regulation on Inspection and Certification for Sustainable Aquaculture."
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Directorate of Quality Assurance for Agricultural Products, Forestry Products, and Aquatic Products, the Heads of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and the Directors of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
