Issuing the Regulation on Receiving Citizens at Ministry of Health Agencies and Subordinate Units of the Ministry of Health
Citing the Protests and Complaints Law of 1998; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Protests and Complaints Law of 2004 and 2005;
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Citing Decree No. 136/2006/ND-CP dated November 14, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Protests and Complaints Law and Laws amending and supplementing certain articles of the Protests and Complaints Law;
Citing Decree No. 89/CP dated August 7, 1997 of the Government issuing the Regulation on Organizing Citizen Reception;
Upon the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Health,
This Decision promulgates the "Regulation on Receiving Citizens at the Ministry of Health Agency and Subordinate Units of the Ministry of Health" attached hereto.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and revokes Decision No. 337/BYT-QD dated March 2, 1996 of the Minister of Health on the issuance of the Regulation on Receiving Citizens in the Health Sector; Decision No. 659/1998/QD-BYT dated March 13, 1998 of the Minister of Health on the issuance of the Regulation on Receiving Citizens at the Ministry of Health Agency.
Article 2. The Inspector General of the Ministry, the Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus, Directors of General Bureaus, Heads of Departments, Bureaus, General Bureaus, Heads of Subordinate Units of the Ministry of Health, and those assigned to receive citizens are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
