Regarding the approval of the Framework Agreement on Economic, Scientific, Technological, and Cultural Cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Angola

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on the Conclusion, Ratification, and Implementation of International Treaties dated June 14, 2005;
At the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs;
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the Framework Agreement on Economic, Scientific, Technological, and Cultural Cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Angola signed in Luanda on April 3, 2008.
Article 2. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall handle diplomatic procedures for the approval and notify relevant agencies in our country of the date when the above-mentioned Agreement comes into effect.
Article 3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall take the lead and coordinate with related agencies to implement the Agreement.
