RESOLUTION
Issuing the Regulation on Coordination
between the Supreme People's Court and the Ministry of National Defense
in managing military courts regarding organization
THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY
On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
2. REPLACE THE PHRASE "JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT AT PROVINCE LEVEL" WITH THE PHRASE "JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT LEVEL 2" AT THE SECOND BULLET POINT UNDER SECTION 1.
RESOLUTION:
Article 1. Issuance of Regulations
The Regulation on Coordination between the Supreme People's Court and the Ministry of National Defense in managing military courts regarding organization is hereby issued together with this Resolution.
Article 2. Responsibilities for Implementation
The President of the Supreme People's Court and the Minister of National Defense shall be responsible for implementing this Resolution within their respective duties and authorities.
Article 3. Effectiveness
1. This Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2025.
2. The Resolution No. 333/2017/NQ-UBTVQH14 dated January 11, 2017 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly issuing the Regulation on Coordination between the Supreme People's Court and the Ministry of National Defense in managing military courts regarding organization shall cease to be effective from the date this Resolution takes effect.
This Resolution was adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Session 39, on November 15, 2024.
