THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

WHEREAS Article 81 of the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam;

WHEREAS Articles 32 and 34 of the Ordinance dated January 23, 1961 on the election of People's Councils at all levels;

PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS,

RESOLVES:

The election of the second term People's Councils at the provincial, district, and town level in the Thai-Mung Autonomous Region shall be conducted uniformly in October 1961.
