DECISION
Regarding the upgrading of the Central No. 3 Secondary Sports School name,
Da Nang College of Physical Education and Sports
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 90/CP dated September 24, 1993 of the Government stipulating the framework structure of the national education system, the system of certificates and diplomas on education and training in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training in Circular No. 5262/TCCB dated June 28, 1997 and the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Physical Education and Sports in Circular No. 96/TCĐT dated June 19, 1997,
DECISION:
Article 1. Upgrade the Central No. 3 Secondary Sports School to Da Nang College of Physical Education and Sports.
Article 2. Da Nang College of Physical Education and Sports shall have the following tasks:
- Training and enhancing cadres at the college level in physical education and sports.
- Conducting scientific research to serve the development requirements of the physical education and sports cause.
Article 3. Da Nang College of Physical Education and Sports is under the General Department of Physical Education and Sports, subject to state management in education and training by the Ministry of Education and Training; it enjoys policies and regulations prescribed by the State for the system of colleges.
Article 4. The Minister of Education and Training, the Director General of the General Department of Physical Education and Sports, the Ministers, and the Heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
