Circular No. 561/TC-CST regarding the list of fees and charges that have been guided by documents, to continue implementation

                                       - Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government.

In implementing the Ordinance on Fees and Charges and Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular No. 1306/TC-CSTC dated February 14, 2003, announcing types of fees and charges listed in the Detailed List of Fees and Charges (within the authority to stipulate of the Government and the Ministry of Finance) which have guiding documents and continue to be implemented.

Continuing to implement the Ordinance of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and the Government's Decree on Fees and Charges, the Government and the Ministry of Finance have issued legal regulatory documents on certain new fees and charges according to the Detailed List of Fees and Charges or amended and supplemented specific contents of certain fees and charges to suit reality and ensure compliance with the provisions of the Ordinance and Decree on Fees and Charges.

The Ministry of Finance hereby announces the List of types of fees and charges listed in the Detailed List of Fees and Charges promulgated together with Decree No. 57/2002/NĐ-CP (within the authority to stipulate of the Government and the Ministry of Finance) which have guiding documents up to now, replacing the List mentioned in Circular No. 1306/TC-CSTC dated February 14, 2003 for Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government to direct and guide units under their sectors, fields, and localities to implement accordingly./.
