DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
Regarding the announcement of the List of legal normative documents that have expired
MINISTER OF AQUATIC RESOURCES
On the basis of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated June 21, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
Pursuant to Decision No. 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Steering Committee of the Government for the comprehensive review and systematization of legal normative documents;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Announces the List of legal normative documents issued by the Ministry of Fisheries that have expired, comprising 67 documents.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, and units under the Ministry of Fisheries shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
