REGARDING THE ASSIGNMENT OF MANAGEMENT TASKS FOR THE HANOI INSURANCE COMPANY

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

On the basis of the Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Considering the health condition of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tue, General Director of the Hanoi Insurance Company, who needs long-term treatment due to a traffic accident;

At the proposal of the General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Head of the Cadres and Civil Servants Organization Department, and Training Department.

Article 1: Assign Mr. Nguyen Dang Diem - Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation to temporarily assume the role of General Director of the Hanoi Insurance Company during the period when Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tue is on leave for treatment.

Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Heads of the Cadres and Civil Servants Organization Department and Training Department, the General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, and Mr. Nguyen Dang Diem are responsible for implementing this Decision.
