Regarding the assignment of management tasks for the Hanoi Insurance Company

 Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 on the tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Considering the health condition of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuyet, General Director of the Hanoi Insurance Company, who needs long-term treatment due to a traffic accident;

At the proposal of the General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, the Head of the Personnel and Training Department.

Article 1. Assign Mr. Nguyen Dang Diem - Deputy General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation to temporarily assume the duties of General Director of the Hanoi Insurance Company during the absence of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tuyet for medical treatment.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Heads of the Personnel and Training Department, the General Director of the Vietnam Insurance Corporation, and Mr. Nguyen Dang Diem are responsible for implementing this Decision.
