THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/ND-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control and Decree No. 48/2013/ND-CP dated May 14, 2013 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of related decrees concerning administrative procedure control;
Pursuant to Circular No. 33/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 30, 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development stipulating the procedures and administrative procedures for plant quarantine for import, export, transit, and post-import quarantine objects subject to plant quarantine;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department and the Head of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision announces 03 administrative procedures to replace those within the scope of management functions of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. The administrative procedures attached to this Decision shall take effect from January 1, 2015.
Article 3. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Legal Department, the Heads of the Departments, Bureaus, and relevant units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
