RESOLUTION

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE

Pursuant to Article 53 of the Constitution of 1959;
At the proposal of the Council of Ministers;

RESOLVES:

To approve the Consular Agreement between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Soviet Union, signed in Hanoi on September 29, 1978.
