DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Regarding the issuance of Technical Regulations for Rural Electric Grids
applicable to the Vietnam Rural Energy Project
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP of the Government dated November 1, 1995 onthe functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry ofIndustry;
Pursuant to Decision No. 294/QD-TT dated April 7, 2000 of the PrimeMinister on investment in the Vietnam Rural Energy Project;
Considering Circular No. 3074 EVN/ĐNT-MN dated July 5, 2000 of theVietnam Electricity Corporation requesting approval of Technical Standardsfor Rural Electric Grids applicable to the Vietnam Rural Energy Project;
These Regulations are hereby issued together with this Decision on registration to be confirmed for meeting the conditions for applying import taxes based on localization ratios for two-wheeled motorbikes.
DECISION:
Article 1Attached hereto are the Technical Regulations for Rural Electric Gridsapplicable to the Vietnam Rural Energy Project (ĐNT-QĐKT-09/2000).
Article 2This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of Departments: Technological Management and Product Quality, Planning and Investment, Legal Affairs,Central Inspectorate for Industrial Safety, General Director of the VietnamElectricity Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
