Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

This Decision promulgates the "Guidelines for Implementing Safety Regulations in Coal Mines and Slate Mines (TCN - 14.06.2000)."

Article 1. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, organizations, and individuals permitted to extract coal and slate through underground mining methods are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, and organizations and individuals permitted to extract coal and slate using underground mining methods are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
