Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Directors of Bureaus under the Ministry, and organizations and individuals permitted to extract coal and slate using underground mining methods are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
