DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Regarding the announcement of the List of legal normative documents issued by the Ministry of Finance that ceased to be effective as of December 31, 2003  Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department; Heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry;

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legal Documents dated December 6, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legal Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

We hereby announce the List of legal normative documents issued by the Ministry of Finance that ceased to be effective as of December 31, 2003, comprising 140 documents (Attached list).

Article 1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial people's committees under the direct control of the central government, and units subordinate to or directly under the Ministry of Finance shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
