Pursuant to the Decree on Fees and Charges No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2006 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Decree on Fees and Charges; and Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP dated March 6, 2006 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Food Safety and Hygiene Decree No. 12/2003/PL-UBTVQH dated July 26, 2003 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly and Decree No. 163/2004/ND-CP dated September 7, 2004 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Food Safety and Hygiene Decree;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Amend the fee for reviewing and periodic inspection of food production and business establishments at Article 1.5, Table 2 - Issued together with Decision No. 80/2005/QD-BTC dated November 17, 2005 of the Minister of Finance regarding the determination of the amount of fees and charges for managing and using fees and charges for managing food safety and hygiene quality as follows:

This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The other fees and charges for managing, collecting, managing, and using fees and charges for managing food safety and hygiene quality not specified in this Decision shall continue to be implemented according to the provisions of Decision No. 80/2005/QD-BTC dated November 17, 2005 of the Minister of Finance regarding the determination of the amount of fees and charges for managing and using fees and charges for managing food safety and hygiene quality.
The agencies responsible for collecting fees and charges for food safety and hygiene, organizations and individuals subject to payment of such fees and charges, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
