DECREE
Issuing the Management Regulation for National and International Significant Marine Protected Areas of Vietnam
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Based on the Fisheries Law dated November 26, 2003;
At the request of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,
DECREE:
Article 1. The Management Regulation for National and International Significant Marine Protected Areas of Vietnam is hereby issued together with this Decree.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Repeal Article 3 of Government Decree No. 27/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 8, 2005 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Fisheries Law.
Article 3The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally governed city People's Committees shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
