THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Based on the Government's Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on the use and training of vocational teachers.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 07/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated March 23, 2007, issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the use and training of vocational teachers.
Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-affiliated agencies, leaders of central bodies of political-social organizations with vocational training institutions; Chairpersons of People's Committees of provinces and centrally-administered cities; Directors of Departments of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs of provinces and centrally-administered cities; Principals and Directors of vocational training institutions; Director of the Ministry's Office, General Director of the Vocational Training General Department, and heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
