BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE FISHERY LAW NO. 17/2003/QH11 OF NOVEMBER 26, 2003, PASSED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, SESSION 11;
BASED ON THE ANIMAL BREEDING ORDINANCE NO. 16/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 AND PLANT BREEDING ORDINANCE NO. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 OF MARCH 24, 2004, PASSED BY THE STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY, SESSION 11;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 12/2006/ND-CP OF FEBRUARY 23, 2006, PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMMERCIAL LAW ON INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE ACTIVITIES AND FOREIGN TRADE AGENCY ACTIVITIES;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE AQUACULTURE CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE LIST OF AQUATIC SPECIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND TRADING.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF INSPECTION BUREAUS, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE FISHERY SERVICES, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, HEADS OF CENTRALALLY-GOVERNED CITY SERVICES, AND HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
