Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Based on the Veterinary Ordinance 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Animal Health Ordinance;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development issues the Supplementary List of Products for Aquaculture Environment Treatment and Improvement Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam:The Supplementary List of Products for Aquaculture Environment Treatment and Improvement Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam:
Article 1. This Circular issues along with this Circular the "Supplementary List of Products for Aquaculture Environment Treatment and Improvement Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam" (annex attached) including 89 domestically produced products and 13 imported products.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Fisheries Cultivation Department, the Heads of Departments under the Ministry, the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, organizations and individuals related to the production, business, and use of aquaculture environment treatment and improvement products shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
