CIRCULAR
Vconcerning the issuance of three National Technical Regulations
on automobile spare parts

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department and the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency;
The Minister of Transport hereby promulgates:
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates three National Technical Regulations on automobile spare parts as follows:
1. National Technical Regulation on safety glass for automobiles;
Code QCVN 32:2011/BGTVT.
2. National Technical Regulation on rearview mirrors for automobiles;
Code QCVN 33:2011/BGTVT.
3. National Technical Regulation on pneumatic tires for automobiles;
Code QCVN 34:2011/BGTVT.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Vehicle Inspection Agency, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.
