ISSUING TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR ENVIRONMENT

Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Decree No. 78/2018/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007, of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;

Decree No. 21/2013/ND-CP dated March 4, 2013, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director of the General Department of Environment, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Department;

THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT hereby promulgates this Circular on National Technical Standards for the Environment,

Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS CIRCULAR are two (02) National Technical Standards for the Environment:

1. QCVN 55:2013/BTNMT - National Technical Standard on Equipment for Dispersed Medical Waste Incineration;

2. QCVN 56:2013/BTNMT - National Technical Standard on Used Oil Recycling.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from March 5, 2014.

Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENTS, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
