CIRCULAR
ISSUING TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON INTEGRATED SURVEY AND INVESTIGATION OF MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT AT DEPTHS OF 20 METERS OR MORE USING SHIPS
BASED ON THE LAW ON MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT AND ISLANDS OF JUNE 25, 2015;, về môi trường biển và hải đảo ngày 25 tháng 6 năm 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 40/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2016 of the Government detailing a number of provisions of the Law on Marine Resources and Environment;
On the basis of Decision No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE VIETNAM AGENCY FOR SEAS AND ISLANDS, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON INTEGRATED SURVEY AND INVESTIGATION OF MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT AT DEPTHS OF 20 METERS OR MORE USING SHIPS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON INTEGRATED SURVEY AND INVESTIGATION OF MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT AT DEPTHS OF 20 METERS OR MORE USING SHIPS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM SEPTEMBER 3, 2018. CIRCULAR NO. 22/2010/TT-BTNMT OF OCTOBER 26, 2010 OF THE MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT ON TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON SURVEY AND INTEGRATED INVESTIGATION OF MARINE RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT BY SHIPS SHALL BE ABROGATED FROM THE DATE THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT.
Article 3. MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENT-LEVEL AGENCIES, GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED AGENCIES, PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, HEADS OF MINISTRY-LEVEL UNITS, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION, IF THERE ARE ANY DIFFICULTIES OR OBSTACLES, THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL PROMPTLY REPORT TO THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT FOR REVIEW AND RESOLUTION./.
