RESOLUTION

Approving the proposal of the President of the Supreme People's Court regarding bureaus, departments, and equivalent units, and the press agency of the Supreme People's Court

Article 1. Approves the proposal of the President of the Supreme People's Court regarding bureaus, departments, and equivalent units, and the press agency of the Supreme People's Court

 

STANDING COMMITTEE OF THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

 

On the basis of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

2. REPLACE THE PHRASE "JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT AT PROVINCE LEVEL" WITH THE PHRASE "JUDGE OF THE PEOPLE'S COURT LEVEL 2" AT THE SECOND BULLET POINT UNDER SECTION 1.

 

RESOLUTION:

 

1. The bureaus, departments, and equivalent units of the Supreme People's Court include:

k) Department of Southern Affairs;

a) Department of Planning and Finance;

b) Department of Information Technology;

c) Bureau of Criminal Supervision and Inspection;

d) Bureau of Civil Supervision and Inspection;

e) Bureau of Business-Trade, Bankruptcy, Labor, Family, and Juvenile Supervision and Inspection;

f) Bureau of Administrative Supervision and Inspection;

g) Bureau of Legal Affairs and Scientific Management;

h) Bureau of Organization and Cadres;

i) Bureau of International Cooperation;

2. The press agency of the Supreme People's Court includes:

l) Inspectorate of the Supreme People's Court.

3. The organization, tasks, and specific powers of the units specified in Clause 1 and Clause 2 of this Article shall be prescribed by the President of the Supreme People's Court.

a) Justice Newspaper;

b) People's Court Magazine.

2. Resolution No. 956/NQ-UBTVQH13 dated May 28, 2015 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly approving the proposal of the President of the Supreme People's Court on the organizational structure, tasks, and powers of units within the support system of the Supreme People's Court shall cease to be effective from the date this Resolution takes effect.

Article 2. Effective Date

1. This Resolution takes effect from January 1, 2025.

Article 3. Implementation Organization

The President of the Supreme People's Court is responsible for implementing this Resolution./.
