DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 57/SL DATED SEPTEMBER 30, 1951
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to the resolution of the Council of Ministers in June 1951 establishing the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of Mr. Minister of Finance, after being approved by the Council of Ministers;
ISSUES THE DECREE-LAW:
Article 1
From July 1, 1951, appoint Mr. Nguyen Van Khoat to the position of Director of the Accounting Department.
Article 2
The Minister of Finance shall implement this decree-law.
