Regarding the approval of the results of supplementary election of members of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province for the term 2004-2009

  Pursuant to Article 20 of the Government Organization Law dated December 25, 2001;

  Pursuant to Article 122 of the Law on the Organization of People's Councils and People's Committees (amended) dated November 26, 2003;

  Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2004/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2004 of the Government;

  Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province at Proposal No. 15/TTr-UBND dated May 8, 2008 and the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs at Proposal No. 1404/TTr-BNV dated May 14, 2008,

DECISION:

Article 1. Approve the supplementary members of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province for the term 2004-2009 as follows:

1. Chairman:

- Mr. Nguyen Dang Khoa, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Vice Chairman of the People's Committee.

2. Vice Chairmen:

- Mr. Bui Van Hai, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee of Yen The District

- Mr. Nguyen Van Linh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, former Director of the Provincial Propaganda Department.

3. Members:

- Mr. Trinh Huu Thang, Director of the Provincial Department of Planning and Investment.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Minister of Home Affairs, the Chairperson of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province, and those named in Clause 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
