REGARDING: ENFORCING DISCIPLINARY ACTION AGAINST DOAN BA TUC

Pursuant to the Labor Code dated June 23, 1994 of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 195/CP dated December 30, 1964 of the Council of Ministers promulgating the Rules and Disciplinary Regulations for State Enterprises and Agencies, and Circular No. 13/TT-LB dated August 30, 1966 of the Ministry of Labor - Civil Service guiding the implementation of the Disciplinary Regulations;

Considering Doan Ba Tuc, a probationary staff member at the Policy Finance Department under the Ministry of Finance, has committed deficiencies: poor organizational discipline awareness, lax adherence to working hours, unauthorized extended leave without reporting, and lack of justifiable reasons. The individual expressed a desire to transfer positions but, before approval, deliberately left the agency; he has not sincerely acknowledged his shortcomings;

Based on the proposal of the Director of the Policy Finance Department, the Director of the Organization Cadres and Training Department

After reaching a consensus with the Chairman of the Trade Union of the Ministry;

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: Terminate the employment of Doan Ba Tuc, a probationary staff member at the Policy Finance Department under the Ministry of Finance.

Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Heads of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, the Policy Finance Department, the Financial Management Department, the Office Director of the Ministry, and Doan Ba Tuc are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
