PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on the Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province at Document No. 676/TTr-UBND dated April 3, 2015, the opinion of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs at Document No. 1313/LDTBXH-BTXH dated April 15, 2015, the Ministry of Planning and Investment at Document No. 2271/BKHĐT-KTĐPLT dated April 20, 2015, and the Ministry of Finance at Document No. 5460/BTC-NSNN dated April 24, 2015,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministry of Finance shall issue (without charge) 750,570 tons of rice from the national reserve to support the province of Cao Bang for famine relief for the people during the lean period in 2015.
The People's Committee of Cao Bang Province shall receive and use the allocated rice promptly and appropriately according to regulations. In case difficulties remain after implementation, the province shall report to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs for further consideration by the Prime Minister.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Ministers of Finance, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Planning and Investment, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang Province are responsible for implementing this Decision.
