PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
BASED ON CONCLUSION NO. 40-KL/TW DATED MARCH 6, 2009 OF THE POLITICAL BUREAU ON AMENDING UNREASONABLE ASPECTS OF SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES FOR OFFICIALS, CIVIL SERVANTS, AND STATE EMPLOYEES IN PARTY, STATE, FRONT, ASSOCIATION ORGANIZATIONS, AND MILITARY FORCES;
BASED ON DECISION NO. 858/QD-TTg DATED JULY 9, 2007 OF THE PRIME MINISTER ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE TASKFORCE FOR STUDYING AND IMPLEMENTING REFORMS TO THE STATE SALARY POLICY;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE ASSIGNMENT OF IMPLEMENTATION OF CONCLUSION NO. 40-KL/TW DATED MARCH 6, 2009 OF THE POLITICAL BUREAU ON AMENDING UNREASONABLE ASPECTS OF SALARIES AND ALLOWANCES FOR OFFICIALS, CIVIL SERVANTS, AND STATE EMPLOYEES IN PARTY, STATE, FRONT, ASSOCIATION ORGANIZATIONS, AND MILITARY FORCES.
Article 2. THE MINISTER OF FINANCE SHALL ALLOCATE FUNDS FROM THE STATE BUDGET TO IMPLEMENT THE TASKS SET OUT IN THIS DECISION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE STATE BUDGET LAW.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, AND MEMBERS OF THE TASKFORCE FOR STUDYING AND IMPLEMENTING REFORMS TO THE STATE SALARY POLICY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
