THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;
BASED ON THE DECISION 31/2009/QD-TTg OF February 24, 2009 BY THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER APPROVING THE PROGRAM ON PUBLICITY AND POPULARIZATION OF LABOR LAWS FOR WORKERS AND EMPLOYERS IN ENTERPRISE FORMS FROM 2009 TO 2012;
BASED ON THE DECISION 409/QD-TTg OF April 9, 2012 BY THE GOVERNMENT PRIME MINISTER ISSUING THE ACTION PROGRAM TO IMPLEMENT CONCLUSION 04-KL/TW OF April 19, 2011 BY THE PARTY CENTRAL COMMITTEE SECRETARIAT (TERM XI);
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN FOR THE PUBLICITY AND POPULARIZATION PROGRAM OF LABOR LAWS FOR WORKERS AND EMPLOYERS IN ENTERPRISE FORMS FROM 2013 TO 2016.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS UNDER THE DIRECT CONTROL OF THE STATE CAPITAL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
