THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and agencies at the ministerial level;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/NĐ-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (Document No. 1264/GTVT dated April 22, 1999),

Article 1. This Decision attaches the Fee Schedule for using the 7 km 0 - km 36 section from Dien Chau to Do Luong.
Article 2. The objects subject to collection, the organization of collection, submission, and management of the fees for using the 7 km section from Dien Chau to Do Luong shall be implemented in accordance with Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the fee collection system for bridges and roads managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from June 1, 1999.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees for the 7 km section from Dien Chau to Do Luong, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
