Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of Ministries and Agencies at the Ministerial Level;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decree No. 04/1999/ND-CP dated January 30, 1999 of the Government on fees and charges under the State budget;
After receiving the opinion of the Ministry of Transport (Circular No. 1264/GTVT dated April 22, 1999),

Article 1:The toll rate schedule for the 7-kilometer section from km 0 to km 36 between Dien Chau and Do Luong is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2:The objects subject to collection, the organization of collection, submission, and management and utilization of the toll revenue for the 7-kilometer section from Dien Chau to Do Luong shall be implemented in accordance with Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of bridge and road tolls managed by the State, Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998 of the Ministry of Finance, and Circular No. 05/1999/TT-BTC dated January 13, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance guiding amendments and supplements to Point 3 of Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from June 1, 1999.
Article 4: Organizations and individuals subject to payment of the fee, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of tolls for the 7-kilometer section from Dien Chau to Do Luong, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
