THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to License No. 51/LDTBXH-GP dated February 29, 2000, issued by the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, granting permission to the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation to operate the dispatch of Vietnamese workers and experts for temporary work abroad;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation (Report No. 30/TT-HĐQT dated September 16, 2000);
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Labor Export Center under the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation.
The Labor Export Center is a dependent accounting unit of the Corporation, having partial legal personality, maintaining an account at a bank, and using a seal for transactions in accordance with state regulations.
- International trade name: VINAINCON MANPOWER SUPPLY CENTER, abbreviated as: VMSC;
- The center's headquarters is located at No. 05, Lang Ha Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City.
Article 2. Business activities of the Center:
Specializing in dispatching Vietnamese workers and experts for temporary work abroad; Other related services for labor export as prescribed by law.
Article 3. The Labor Export Center is responsible for completing all necessary business registration procedures and operating in accordance with the Charter of the Center approved by the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation and other relevant laws.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature;
The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the General Director of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation, and the Director of the Labor Export Center are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
