DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
ON REGULATING THE AMOUNTS OF FEES, COLLECTION REGIMES, PAYMENT, MANAGEMENT AND USE OF FEES FOR CROSSING THE VINH THINH FERRYand using the ferry fee at Vinh Thinh

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP dated March 6, 2006 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the Ordinance on Fees and Charges;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Following the opinion of the Ministry of Transport expressed in Circular No. 1929/BGTVT-TC dated April 12, 2007 regarding the collection of fees for crossing the Vinh Thinh Ferry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Policy Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION IS THE TABLE OF FEES FOR CROSSING THE VINH THINH FERRY.
Article 2. The payers of the fees are specifically defined in the Fee Table and include pedestrians, those carrying goods, and drivers of transportation vehicles.
Article 3. The exemption and reduction of fees for crossing the Vinh Thinh Ferry shall be implemented according to Clause 6, Article 1 of Decree No. 24/2006/ND-CP dated March 6, 2006 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 57/2002/ND-CP dated June 3, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Fees and Charges.
Article 4. The management and use of fees for crossing the Vinh Thinh Ferry shall be carried out according to the current regime for managing and using ferry crossing fees.
Article 5. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 6. In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, organizations and individuals are requested to report to the Ministry of Finance for study, guidance, and supplementation./.
