THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - War Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Provision on the framework program for intermediate vocational level, the framework program for higher vocational level shall be promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating the Provision on the framework program for higher vocational level, the framework program for intermediate vocational level.

Forty-eight framework programs for intermediate vocational level, framework programs for higher vocational level issued by the Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (Annex 14 attached) based on Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 shall continue to be valid.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized schools, colleges, universities registered for vocational training activities, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
