CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS, VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY PRACTICE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAMmicroorganisms and chemicals used in veterinary medicine permitted for circulation in Vietnamchemicals used in veterinary medicine permitted for circulation in Vietnam
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government;
Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;
Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;
1. The List of veterinary drugs permitted for circulation in Vietnam (Annex I).
The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the Supplementary List of Veterinary Drugs, Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Practice Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam,
Article 1. The Supplementary List of Veterinary Drugs, Vaccines, Biological Preparations, Microorganisms, and Chemicals Used in Veterinary Practice Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam is attached hereto.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from December 22, 2012.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment, the Heads of units, organizations, and individuals concerned shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
